I believe the police call it "menacing". You know, getting too close for too long with words exchanged. We do have the concealed carry law, so anything is possible.

Well, I actually saw a moronic imbecile answer her cell phone, hang up, answer again, then threaten the lady next to her when she had the audacity to tell her to shut the hell up. That was at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas for, IIRC, The Planets.

How does a lady (assuming she is/was actually such) threaten another
at a classical performance? Certainly not with fisticuffs (although
this being Texas I suppose with a concealed Colt .45 might be possible...?)
