S-VHS, JVC and others (1987)

A new generation of VHS tapes marked by the better picture quality (up to 70% better) resulting from the use of a high coercivity tape (cobalt modified ferric oxide). It will not play on VHS tape recorders, but VHS tapes will play in S-VHS systems.
