The primary purpose of the Book Conservation Catalog is to become a practical guide to techniques, treatments, materials and technologies which are currently being used by book conservators. The online Book Conservation Catalog will reflect the exciting variety of approaches people are taking – so if you're a practicing book conservator, this is the place to talk about the particulars of the profession.
As of June 2014, the BPG Wiki has been overseen by two volunteer Wiki Coordinators, one book (Evan Knight) and one paper (Cher Schneider keep in mind we will need to replace this name in the next month), who report to the BPG PubComm chair. They are responsible for leading BPG Wiki efforts and content contribution, and can be reached at BookandPaperGroup.Wiki@gmail.com. Like all BPG volunteer positions, the Wiki Group Coordinators serve on rotating, renewable three-year terms.
