I have an extra copy of the 2000 NATCC Preprints: "Conservation
Combinations", which I would like to sell at my cost to an interested party,
or I would be willing to donate it to an institution/program in need. I'll
cover shipping costs since it was my own dumb fault for buying the volume
twice!
