The Textile Conservation Group
will be holding its first meeting of the
2002-2003 season on Thursday, October
3rd at 6:00pm at The Fashion Institute
of Technology, Bldg.E, Room 313
(227 West 27th Street, New York City).
Camille Myers Breeze and Melanie
Clifton-Harvey of Museum Textile Services
will speak about the recently completed
conservation of glass wall coverings at
Gillette Castle in Hadlyme, Ct.
Free of charge to members. Non-members
are welcome to attend for a $5 fee.
