[padg] Re: Binding Music Scores
All,
At Cornell we only bind music scores if they are not double signature and
these are sent to the commercial binder just like any other monograph.
If they are double signature they go directly to the music
library and they are sewn into pamphlet binders. All of the music
library staff have musical training.
Best,
Barbara

Dear PADG: I am looking for
manuals/information on in-house binding of music scores. I have one
reference (Binding and care of printed music by Alice Carli) but I am
looking for others.
Also, can anyone comment whether the technician doing the work would
require musical training?
Thank you in advance for your ideas ?
