DC6 and DC7 have a variety of phono-EQ built in as pre-sets for the DSP EQ.

I'm a very big fan of doing phono EQ in the analog domain. Sorry, I just don't trust DSP enough. I 
can say for sure that I much prefer my phono preamp (made by Audio Design Associates, and I also 
prefer my homebrew Marantz 7 phono stage) to the DC6 DSP and also a hand-made EQ curve in 
SoundForge. Given all the talk we've had about bit-mangling in just the recording phase, do you 
really trust most DSP for a radical EQ like a compensation curve? If you're getting good results 
with digital, bully for you, but I recommend you try a good preamplifier matched properly to your 
cartridge and then LISTEN to the two versions and see which you really like better.
