They do NOT include classical-series phonorecords...and their
accuracy is limited by mis-typings and mistakenly-entered
(i.e. later versions of a given record label...) items...but
they DO provide limited information! Ty Settlemeir(Sp?!) has
been converting these to HTML, and compiling/making available
an on-line (i.e. net-accesible) database/list including their
contents.
They can be downloaded, in "WinZIP" format, from 78online.com
should anyone be interested...they are mainly compiled from
entries in standard discographies and the like.
However, they provide a foundation on which to construct the
ultimate 78rpm database...a list of EVERY 78rpm disc ever issued...!
Could be done...
