(Winter 1998-99).

of the list confirm this?
The ARSC web page, http://www.arsc-audio.org/ETresources.html, states:
"Grammy Foundation .... Publishes a semi-annual journal, NARAS Journal
and Grammy magazine."
Also the link at the bottom of this listing is no longer active.
