So, I'm having trouble visualizing this . . . is the record then 
balancing on the tapered part of the spindle, with the screw going 
through the second hole to keep it from going wonky?  Is the screw 
supposed to literally screw into the second hole (i.e., should it be a 
tight fit, and providing some support to the record), or is it just 
loose-ish-ly keeping the record from rotating freely on the top of the 
spindle?
