Hi, Angie,

Do you know what date that tape is from? I'm trying to determine an 
end-date for the manufacture of 3M 311. It was the only PVC tape that 
they ever manufactured. How is it holding up? It was introduced in 1960.

IG Farben and BASF made this stuff from 1944 (homogeneous) through 
1972 (coated).
