Mac here. If it isn't cross platform it isn't readable at all. Possible to forward it? I do have courier. I suspect there is some other problem as it did not take long enough to DL before popping open the blank document.

Not to worry, though, just curious of the content,,,

Also got warning in Acrobat 6.0.5 that it's a later version and may not read correctly, but it appeared to.
