Tape platter = "Bandteller", or "Wickelteller".

You could also search for "Offenwickel", "AEG" 

Have a look on eBay.de under tape recorders = "Bandmaschinen":

The actual AEG/DIN tape hubs are called "Wickelkerne" or "Bobbys".
