The first issue here is Copyright.  You can certainly 'listen' to them but can
not use them for anything.  The 'owner' of these recordings is the broadcasting
station/TV/radio/NASA who produced them, and as they were possibly recorded off
the TV then they are copies.

The second issue for me is trusting what is written on the box - it may not
actually tally up with what is on the recording.  If it does, then the person
who recorded them did a good job!
