Thank you for the link. A quick perusal of the first pages suggests limitations of the study: measurement by BLER alone; accelerated-life test without jsutification for relevance at (or near) STP. (Few of us would be recording at 60 C, let alone 90 C.) Still, it does provide some basis for judgement.
