DCart has a speed change function. I don't have the latest version, so I
can't tell you if it is currently keyframeable. I don't believe DCart 32 or
DCLive are, but you can adjust the start pitch and end pitch and select the
shape - linear or curved, and some adjustments to that.

It won't automatically adjust for an off center transfer. That would involve
adjustments for  the specific interval of 1 record rotation and the amount
of pitch correction.
