We sell 16" sleeves (and 10 other sizes, as well). The 16" go for 75 cents
each, but can be had for as little as 37.5 cents, depending on the quantity
ordered. The do have holes, do not have flaps and are made of strong card
stock. They are not made from acid-free paper, as we determined that the
additional cost was not worth the minor benefit derived.
