You certainly have a mountain of work ahead of you! Do you have any tape

I would like to suggest that if you're working in-house that you make Red
Book audio CDs (and possibly even record wave files as data depending on
how you set up the work flow) at the same time you're making the reel
copies. It shouldn't cost much more to do and then you've hedged a bet with
a digital format.
