Getting to and Getting Around Denver

By car:
Denver is accessed from the east and west via I-70 and I-80/I-76, and from the north and south via I-25. From I-70 or I-76 go south on I-25. From I-25, take Speer Blvd., South. Speer roughly follows Cherry Creek which flows northwest to southeast. Take any of the eastbound one-ways (left) between Market and Stout into Downtown. This can be a bit confusing because of the one-ways and the fact that the streets in Lower Downtown are on a diagonal north of Colfax. If you continue on southbound Speer, go left on Colfax and continue on Broadway to 13th Avenue. You will pass the Colorado State Capitol on the left. At 13th, the Colorado History Museum is on the left, the Denver Public Library is on the right and the Denver Art Museum is behind the library between 12th and 14th Avenues.

Denver International Airport is served by all major carriers.
