Annual Meeting

O'ahu

O'ahu is by far the most heavily populated and developed island in Hawai'i. While some complain that it is nothing more than Los Angeles on a tropical island, the comparison is unfair to Honolulu and to Los Angeles. Honolulu is a tremendously interesting rich city which rewards those who get to know it. Parts of O'ahu are remarkably beautiful and it has some of the best beaches in the Islands. It also boasts three Nature Conservancy properties. One of which can be visited, the Honouliuli Preserve during scheduled hikes. Consult the Nature Conservancy's web site for scheduled hikes.
