sodium hydrosulfide
A salt (NaSH), the anhydrous form of which is
generally prepared by saturating a solution of
sodium in alcohol with dry hydrogen sulfide. It is
used as a sharpening agent in lime liquors and is
equally as effective as, but less caustic in its
action than, SODIUM
