Its a 93 reference but his current research proves it still accurate.

Coatings, Paints...
1) low volatile- acrylic emulsion Exterior / interiorcommonly named
Acrylic latex is the best. (And short drying time)
2)Insul Aid vapour barrier
3) Acrylic urethane- Crystalex
4) Vinyl acrylic / modified acrylic
Worst is alkyd oil.
It is not always listed as one of these on the can. You need to check
at the dealer. They have more specs.
