My wife and I are in a very serious dilemma and need assistance from
anyone who can help us. We bought black theater drapes from an antique
store a couple of months ago for purposes of sound acoustics in our home
recording studio. From the day we hung them in our studio (large
studio, many drapes, we cut them to fit) we have had serious deposits of
some fiber that has embedded our skin (face arms legs hair line) this
has been going on now for over two months. Thinking it would have
settled down by now, we still are faced with daily "feelings" and proof
of some kind of hair like fiber that embeds itself in our skin.
Point: 1).We are worried that it maybe asbestos or fiber glass and that
we may be in jeopardy of health hazards. We aren't sure what course of
action to take. 2). Does anyone have nay first aid to this type of
infestation. Can anyone be of help.
Any information however trivial you think it might be please email
us.....thank you.
