Preservation Technologies has a product for just this purpose that I 
would have much more confidence in recommending.  You can read about 
it at http://www.ptlp.com/bright.html  Even if you were to get an 
MSDS sheet from Krylon for the product, it would still not be a 
complete ingredients list, so I would advise caution about 
recommending a new product like this.
