[PADG:687] re: Vacuums for stacks cleaning

> Dear Karen,
There is a recommendation on a great preservation site which talks about this
new NILFISK-brand (HEPA) high-efficiency articulate air vacuum cleaner. They
are in the $1000 range and that is reasonable for this type of product.

Please go through the following if you want more information.

1.	www.librarypreservation.org
2.	click library preservation and conservation tutorial: English
3.	Click Housekeeping.
4.	Scroll down to find a great reference to a special industrial vacuum
with an illustration and a direct link to the vacuum manufacturer.

Perhaps someone on the listserve already has this machine and they can give us
more feedback on the performance of the NILFISK-brand vacuum cleaner. I am
seriously considering purchasing this machine for my New Jersey Historic
Collection.
