The only comparable photocopier solution I'm aware of right now are the 
retrofit available from Binder Minder (http://www.binderminder.com). 
Some overhead scanners (the Minolta PS series, for instance) can also 
operate in a direct-print mode, but the controls for these may be a 
little complex for public service applications.
