Hello,
  I just want to say a big "Thanks" to everyone who had responded to my 
query about contract language for dirt & dust control during our next phase 
of renovation.  You are right, in that some of the points I had thought of, 
but others I had not.  All advice and comments on experiences are welcome.

  I certainly must have hit on a common experience as I got a large number 
of responses--on and off the list serve.  Who knew that as librarians we 
would need to become construction specialists or that those of you with a 
construction background before coming into librarianship would have an 
added advantage.

  Thanks again and if any of you think of anything else regarding hints to 
surviving renovation, feel free.
