Famous Photo Found!
Folks,
As suggested by one of you, I contacted Peter Waters and he supplied me with
the info about his famous photo. *Smithsonian Magazine,* April 1980, "The
Library of Congress can't hold all Man's knowledge--but it tries," Richard
L. Williams, pp. 38-49. Peter has a full page shot, by Yoichi R. Okamoto,
