Records disaster plan

I am a student doing records management and supposed to give a presentation on
disaster plan.

But due to my limited knowledge,
i hope to get some help from all of you , who are the expert in this field..

I am supposed to implement a disaster plan
but i am not sure of what to include in it..
could someone help???
