Please do not submit messages to the list with very long To:, Cc:  or
Cc:  lines (in other words don't crosspost excessively). Modern list
management software normally tries to to weed out messages with
inordinately long recipient lists (spam protection). If you must
crosspost excessively, you really should send a separate message to
each list.

A couple of such messages have not reached you recently.
