BAPNET meeting

Greetings:

Pursuant to earlier messages from Lynn Jones, announcing a BAPNet
meeting for August 1, 1996, at UC Berkeley, a majority of the executive
committee (i.e., those of us who are in town) has reached a consensus
that we should cancel the meeting at this time.    We may announce a 
rescheduled meeting, but we we will certainly hold a regular meeting in
September.
