meeting on August 1

Hi Everyone--

Since Richard is out of town, and is not expected in until the 1st, it's 
not clear that he is planning on holding the meeting on that same day.  
It seems that date was tentative anyway.

So, I propose that we all keep the time open, but don't plan on coming to 
Berkeley unless we hear from Richard by Wednesday.  I'll keep the room 
reserved just in case.

Otherwise, have a happy August.
