Carol Miller of the Free Library of Philadelphia has just informed me that
Stephen Blumberg gave himself up to authorities in Minneapolis this
afternoon.  An extradition hearing will be held tomorrow.  It is hoped 
that he will be returned to Iowa in time for the probation hearing which
was scheduled for Friday, the 12th.
