[AV Media Matters] Source Sought for Magna-Tech Sound Follower

I am looking for a source from which to obtain a Magna-Tech Sound
Follower.   We have a particular interest in one that includes both an
optical head in addition to the magnetic pickup capability but will be
interested in the mag head only units also.

If you know of a source please send it to my attention.
