The Electronic Media Group (EMG) of the American Institute for
Conservation has posted draft bylaws on the following website:

EMG is a new specialty group of the AIC.  We are interested in the
comments of allied professionals and would appreciate your thoughts.
The bylaws will be ratified at the annual meeting taking place in St.
Louis in early June, 1999.
