[ARSCLIST] Still seeking two articles

My library cannot retrieve these magazines this far back. No library in the local system (either 
Westchester or Putnam counties) has physical magazines of these publications this far back.

Seeking copies of the following articles:

Downbeat, 3/30/61, page 16 article about Command Records by Bill Coss

Billboard, 2/18/67, page 65, "Sound and Light" about Enoch Light

Thanks in advance if you can help. Listmember help on the High Fidelity articles was most helpful 
and appreciated.
