I just wanted to chime in and say that this survey tool developed by Marcos 
is fantastic - detailed, useful, and a fantastic addition to the resources 
available to the audio/video/time-based-media archiving communities.  

I'm very excited to use this on the next phase of our archival project here 
at the Y, as we begin to prioritize items for digitization and cataloguing 
for the coming year.

Thanks Marcos for helping to create such a darn useful thing for all of us 
to use!
