Re: [ARSCLIST] Fwd: [post-war-blues] Ace and Bear Family Releases May be Unavailable in US Soon?

I find it a bit strange that Bluebeat Music's website screams "THIS CD HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR SALE IN THE US...GET IT WHILE YOU CAN" next to Ace's Elmore James Classic Early Recordings, while (after a cursory look) neither Bear Family nor Ace's websites mention anything about diminished availability of their titles to the American market.

Can anyone confirm or elaborate on this "lawsuit" ? I like Bear Family and Ace product (and regard the major labels with suspicion) as much as the next guy, but this all seems a bit unsubstantiated at this point.
