Richard,

	What was the oddest track format or spacing for an audio tape
you have run into so far ? Just curious... I know that instrumentation
tapes are a different animal, but I wondered about audio tape formats. I
am familiar with many of them myself, but you have more exposure to the
old and odd than I do.

THIS WAS IN ERROR. I went back and checked what I had done (I couldn't
see the slip when I wrote this, and then I realized I had edited off the
offset but figured out where to find it again). I slipped the two
channels 133 ms which implies a 1-inch spacing.

Sorry for the misinformation yesterday. While it may not apply to your
situation, I wanted to set the record straight that I found one-inch
spacing in a tape, not 0.9-inch spacing.
