Dunno...he's done so many, where ledgers had survived. RR was running
a numeric list when my sub ran out...no idea how far they got!

However, we in Canada had our own numbering system from c.1949 to
the mid-fifties...confusingly, it used the same "C-" prefix as
did our Columbias...
