Well, the problem is that those people/entities that are "working on"
the problem of copyright seem to be...at least for sound recordings...
working IN OPPOSITION to any "looosening of the restrictions...!" In
the 21st century, the general opinion seems to have become "If you
hold the copyright on an entity, for whatever reason, and there is
ANY possiblility you can...now or in the foreseeable future...gain
any money thereby, you will hold that right eternally or until the
end of time, whichever is last to occur!"
