By the way, I listen to the 2 channel fold-down instead of 3 channel playback. I think Tom is correct about some of these 3 channel reissues. The center microphone was there to add fill when mixing down, not as a discrete 3rd channel. On the other hand, with a big enough room and with balances set properly, I bet 3 channel can be killer.
