I really need to slow down!.
That should be WLX-1608-2, not 16080-2, and yes, they are both commercial 
U.S. labels.
The first from album set MM-184 (record number 72291-D, sides 1/6; 
(WLX-1599-1/WAX-1608-1-A-F-1),
the other from Columbia album set M-184, record number 68125-D 
(WLX-1607-1/WLX-1608-2).
