Does anyone know where Glenn Miller's discs are now? Back in the 70s
or 80s they were piled up in the basement of his executor David
McKay's office building in New York....RCA skimmed a few now and then
to issue records from, and they started a series of Chesterfield
broadcasts on CD but I never saw them get past the first volume.

I can't imagine that lacquer discs age all that gracefully, especially
if their storage conditions are not humidity/temperature controlled.
