Hi Tom
I assume USM is a state-funded institution. I'm not really up on the play on
how American Universities work, but I do know that my job is funded by a grant.
The oral histories I work on have been gifted to the Center for Oral History &
Cultural Heritage with all the paperwork involved. If the paperwork isn't
there, then it can only be used in-house by students & researchers on the
premises. My main concern is about useage by commercial entities.
