file folder, with info on it, or what?"


The discs go in a jewel case which is bar coded.  25 jewel cased CDs
then go in a specially made cardboard box with the bar code range
written on the outside and this box joins the thousands of others in our
storage area.  

Discs are retrieved according to bar code (we bar code ALL items
including commercial/published discs and these are boxed too but stored
in a separate area from CD-Rs). The boxes exclude light and dust and
provide 'economy of storage' on the shelves by maximising the space.
