We like CEDAR Cambridge for a variety of reasons. We've been using CEDAR
equipment for over a decade and have been pleased with the results. Most of
the various internal modules can be rented by the day, week or month or
purchased outright. It is expensive and requires a dedicated computer, but
it's a product of extensive research and development - since 1989.

They are some excellent tutorials on their web site which apply to audio
restoration in general.
