There are eight tracks on these tapes. What is a noise reduction system? How would I know if they are encoded with that or not? Rob
With no indication on the reels, play one and listen. Any noise-reduction system will produce audible effects. Then someone with knowledge of the various schemes and the means to decode the tracks will be able to offer a solution.
