[ARSCLIST] Wilcox Gay Tape Recordio specs

I've got some recordings made on a W-G Special Recordio
in the late 50's.  Most of the recordings are at 7.5ips.

Can any one confirm that all W-G tape recorders were
NAB eq?  Or did they offer CCIR for export use?
I ask because the machine was used in Chile (which is
a whole other can of worms...a 115V 60Hz machne used
in a 220V 50Hz environment...it's a mess).
