Title: Message
Hih Brenda - sue salinger here from naropa audio archive. I did't get my purchase order in to naropa's accounting office in time to send a check confirming two registrations for the conference - one for Steven Taylor, director of the project, and one for me.....we're coming - it's ok if we have to pay the walk up fee, but we do plan on being members by then.

anyway, will fax and mail the form next week.

best,
sue

Please note that the early bird registration deadline for the 2003 ARSC Conference in Philadelphia is this Friday, April 25th.  Registration forms must be postmarked by this date in order for attendees to receive the discounted registration rates ($100 members, $125 non-members).  Rooms at the Sheraton University City Hotel must be reserved by Sunday, April 27th, and rooms at the U of Penn's Harwell College House must be reserved by Monday, April 28th, in order to receive the reduced rates for conference attendees. After Monday, all rooms are subject to availability and the prevailing room rates.

The 37th annual ARSC conference will be held in Philadelphia, on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, May 28-31, 2003.  Additional information about the program, pre-conference workshop, tours, accomodations, and downloadable registration forms may be found on the conference website:  http://www.library.upenn.edu/ARSC/arsc.html.
